refund & exchange policy
destination sale will refund you in the same way you paid for the goods, less the delivery fee if they are faulty or are not as ordered. you may prefer to opt for a credit note to be issued so you can shop at another time. the credit note will be available to use for 12 months from the date of issue.
to exchange please note that as destination sale is an online clearance outlet we may not have your exact size to be able to exchange. so if you would like to exchange you'll receive a credit note to use on www.destinationsale.com.au for the value of the goods purchased less the delivery fee. the credit note will be available to use for 12 months from the date of issue.
we strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. and please be careful with scissors, blade knives etc when opening parcels received from destination sale to ensure you do not damage the goods.
refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. this doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'. goods not received in their original condition may forfeit the opportunity to exchange or refund.
there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
there are strictly no refunds or exchanges for promotional items that are further reduced from their already reduced price.
jewellery returns - earrings for pierced ears in accordance with current health and safety legislation are not permitted to be exchanged or returned.
footwear returns - shoes must be tried on upon receipt of order walking only on soft surfaces such as a rug or carpet to not damage or scuff the soles of the shoes. if you request an exchange the shoes will be inspected by a staff member to ensure that the shoes are in their original condition prior to authorisation of an exchange or credit note. footwear that appears to have been worn may forfeit the opportunity to exchange or refund. all shoes must be returned for exchange with all their packaging including soft carry bags and boxes if applicable.
