Sure, if you go to the Contact Us page you will find our phone number. Just call and we can take your credit card details over the phone to make your purchase.



Can I track my parcel?

Do you ship internationally?

Of course, international customers are more than welcome to shop at Destination Sale. When you get to the check out there is a currency converter. We ship internationally via insured Air Mail, which usually takes 7-10 business days. Please note that all our sizing is AU.



How can I use my Credit Note / Gift Voucher and a promotional Discount Code in the one transaction?

Credit notes and gift vouchers are issued as promo codes that need to be entered in the promo code box at the check out to redeem the voucher. Sale codes and special discount offers are also issued as promo codes that need to be entered in the promo code box at the check out to redeem the additional savings. As there is only 1 promo code box currently at the check out in order to use 2 codes simultaneously please call 0450 127 100 so a phone order can be taken with a credit card to pay any differences owing and both credit note and special savings codes can be applied to your order. Thanks for your patience while we upgrade this area of Destination Sale.



If I choose to pay via direct deposit into the Destination Sale bank account how much time do I have to complete the transaction?

The deposit must be made within 7 days of placing the order. An email should be sent to enquiries@destinationsale.com.au to confirm that the deposit has been completed. Orders not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled.
